Your second link doesn't work either. Game 42619 is a game of Amazons, so I'll assume you meant game 36139, which fits your description.

The three points are Black's territory, and the white stone is a prisoner. This is so because Black could capture the stone. He isn't required to play out the moves to capture it because (as you noticed) that would change the score. So Black wins by 1.5.
