An exciting game. It looks like Arek should have played 43. b7 rather than d7 to make use of his strength on that part of the board.

Ugh, let’s not overthink that, c3 is almost equal to a1 so wojtex had 1 extra move for free

Bill, we’re humans, and we make stupid errors. For example, in this position, I had literally forgot that I could play a4!

  • Bill LeBoeuf ★ at 2018-11-19

    Yes, we are human :)

By the way congrats on winning all your games in the current tournament, Lazy.  It should be interesting in the next tournament if you and both move onto the first board :)

  • Force majeure at 2018-11-19

To be fair, in championship opponents were No match for lazyplayer :)

  • Bill LeBoeuf ★ at 2018-11-19

Yes, but there is always the unexpected :)

  • lazyplayer at 2018-11-19

In fact Force was winning in the game against me, but fortunately he didn’t know that, hehehe.

  • lazyplayer at 2018-11-19

I was also clearly losing against Tom Ace and Jan Arild Teland.

For some mysterious reason, I often see that I’m losing, but I rarely see I’m winning.

I think it’s partly pessimist bias and partly I really play low quality initial stones.
