In game http://www.littlegolem.net/jsp/game/game.jsp?gid=1758632 I thought I had clicked on 0-0, but now it looks as if I have resigned. Most likely it was just a  stupid mis-click on my side, I just thought I'd report it here in case it wasn't and there is some problem (in which case it might come up again and be reported again).
